Learning from users

I lead and conducted user interviews, a comprehensive competitor analysis, analytics and session recording audit to inform my development of Vichy’s Skin Consult AI application and landing page. My work focused on understanding user needs, pain points, and preferences in the realm of skincare technology, as well as identifying industry best practices and opportunities for differentiation.

This project encompassed from top landing pages through the full user journey in the application.
